The Flat Shank Correction Bit is perfect for training or show. The port effectively cues the horse to flex at the poll. Unique swivel design of the mouth adds the ability to lift each shoulder independently depending on the rein pressure applied. The aluminum flat shank provides increased leverage when pressure is applied by the rider via the reins. The added weight and length of a flat shank create more leverage force, which can be useful for communicating more subtle cues. Copper barrel bars encourage increased salivation and promotes a softer feel.
